Parking and Shuttle Information
Harpers Ferry National Historical Park
The largest parking lot in town is located at Harpers Ferry National Historical Park Visitors Center at 171 Shoreline Drive. A park shuttle runs daily from the Visitors Center to Shenandoah Street in Lower Town Harpers Ferry. The shuttle will have extended hours during Olde Tyme Christmas events.

Town of Harpers Ferry
Metered street parking is available on Potomac Street and along Washington Street. All other streets in Harpers Ferry are resident-only parking.

A shuttle between Harpers Ferry and Bolivar is offered December 4, 5, 11 & 12. Shuttle Stops Include: Harpers Ferry Middle School, Barn of Harpers Ferry, Gazebo and Lower Town. For the Historic Inns Tour on December 4 additional stops of First Zion Church, Rockhaven B&B and Trouville B&B have been added. For December 11 & 12 a bonus shuttle to Clarion Inn for the Holiday Craft Fair has also been added. See below for shuttle stop maps.
Town of Bolivar
Streetside parking is available in Bolivar along W Washington Street.
A Note on Internet and Phone Service
Some phone carriers receive spotty service in and around Harpers Ferry and Bolivar. It is highly recommended that visitors download the above-mentioned parking app, ParkMobile, and create an account before their visit in order to avoid complications once in town. There is no public internet service available.
